1. What warmie is — and isn't. warmie is a wellness comfort device that provides warmth, light, and massage. She is not a medical device. She is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, including endometriosis, adenomyosis, or dysmenorrhoea.

2. Safe use Do not use warmie if you are pregnant, have an implanted electronic device (such as a pacemaker), have impaired skin sensation, or are recovering from abdominal surgery — without first consulting your doctor. Stop using her immediately if you experience discomfort, skin irritation, or burns. Do not use while sleeping. Do not use on broken skin. Follow the included care card.

3. Orders We may refuse or cancel any order. Prices are in USD and may change. We try to describe products accurately but do not guarantee that every description or image is error-free.

4. Your account and conduct You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the site.

5. Reviews and content If you submit a review, photo, or video, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing. You confirm it's your own honest experience and your own content.

6. Intellectual property All content on this site — the warmie name, logo, copy, images — belongs to us. Don't copy it.

7. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to warmie or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Warranty warmie carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your 60-day money-back guarantee. Normal wear, misuse, and damage from dropping or water are not covered.

9. Changes We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page.
