Refunds & Returns Policy

The 60-day promise

We know you've spent money on things that didn't work. So try warmie through at least one full cycle. If she doesn't earn her place on your worst day, send her back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

No questions. No interrogation. No "have you tried using it correctly."

How to return:

Email hello@warmie.store with your order number.

We'll send you a return address and instructions within 24 hours.

Post her back. Return shipping is paid by us.

Once she arrives, we refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

What we ask:

Return within 60 days of delivery.

Include everything.

Signs of use are completely fine. That's the point — you were meant to use her.

Damaged or faulty on arrival Email us a photo within 14 days. We replace her immediately. You don't need to send anything back.

Refund timing Refunds are issued within 7 business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a further 3–10 days to show it.

Cancellations Order not shipped yet? Email us and we'll cancel and refund in full.
